Product Manager | 2024-present
Owns product strategy and delivery for 4 SaaS platforms (Billing, Document, Clients & Matters, Tasks) serving 80+ law firms across Israel. Leads a cross-functional team of 15 - frontend/backend developers, QA, and UX/UI - running agile sprints of 2–3 weeks. Identified low dashboard engagement via heatmap analysis; redesigned into a role-based dashboard tailored per user type (partners, lawyers, finance) - directly reducing support center inquiries. A task tracking and collaboration tool tailored for legal teams. Serving 25 firms. Main users: all firm's users. The product is also sold to planning offices, architects, and engineers, with a dedicated program designed specifically for their workflows.
